New Site

I am so excited to share the new site I've found through one of the blogs I work with.  It's called "The Crafters Cafe".  Check it out.  I love the forums they have and just the overall demeanor of the site.  The gals there are so talented and fun.  I'm really looking forward to doing some card challenges and swaps with them.   

Ive taken a big step,  Didn't get a chance to blog about it last Monday.  (Life interfered).  I have set a date for  a group card making get together for Operation Write Hom  with the residents where I do a Bible Study on Mondays  .  It's set up for the 1st Thursday in November.  Looking forward to it so much.  If this goes well, I'm going to try to set something up at Church for the parishoners with loved ones serving in the military.   I'll keep you posted.

Posting another link or blinkie or whatever you call them t o my blog?

OK, I've got a question.  There are so many great blinkies and other things I see on the side bars of people's blogs, I would love to add to mine.  But for the life of me, I cannot add them.  I am not doing something correct , but not sure what.  I'm involved in Operation Write Home and would love to have their logo or blinkie or whatever it's called on my blogs.  So if there is anyone who could walk me through this I would be your new best friend.  This is your challenge for today.  It's a lot harder than making a card, trust me.  Have an awesome day everyone.

OWH Fall Card No. 3

Well , it's back to the drawing board.  Finally got my craft room back in order, so now I can play some more.  Hopefully, I'll quickly get finished.  I want to send these out next week.  My goal is to send 3 doz. cards a month.
